LolaLiza is expanding internationally in a new way
In order to develop sales, market shares and impact the business, a disruptive approach is being set-up to
expand through wholesale in a new, and digital, way. For this reason, we are currently looking for a
wholesale passionate to launch our new sales channel.

Your challenge in a nutshell:
As a Wholesale Manager at LolaLiza, you will launch the wholesale business abroad and grow with it. You will be in charge of managing the business as if it is your own; working together with the LolaLiza teams and retailers, communicating our corporate and brand strategies, understanding retailers objectives and strategy, as well as ensuring maximum profitability and a plan where we all win.
This position is about achieving sales goals through retailers (client) relationship management.
You will develop and present business plans, understand and refine plan implications and capture retailers inputs so we can build growth through increased market shares and financial return.
In this function you will interact with all departments in the organization (Commercial, Marketing, E-commerce, IT, Finance, Logistics). You will report directly to our COO and in dotted line to Commercial and Buying.
As the wholesale channel will grow, you will have to scale up and grow your team in order to deliver and respond to retailers’ demand.

As a Wholesale Manager you will be in charge of the following missions:

- Take the lead in the set-up of our wholesale business;
- Implement and evolve our plan to grow, taking into account all required business dimensions of a new sales channel (Marketing, CRM, Operations, Buying, Finance, HR, IT, Legal);
- Work with the Marketing, Commercial, Buying and Logistic teams in order to operate the wholesale business activity;
- Solve problems when they come (identifying root cause and fixing them);
- Develop and manage CRM with retailers, in order to understand their needs and develop the business through relevant, efficient product recommendations & follow-up;
- Monitor the wholesale business through actionable KPI reporting;
- Continuously improve and take corrective actions to scale up the activity;
- Develop a wholesale knowhow and team to turn this start-up into a solid growing business.

Who are you?
- An experienced professional with a minimum of 5 years’ experience, preferably in a similar role within a retail environment (fashion affinity and wholesale are a plus);
- You have great communication skills in English (verbally and written). Knowledge of Dutch and/or German is considered as a plus.
- You are a great negotiator and entrepreneur, who turns strategy into actions and results (hands-on to deliver value and to reach financial targets);
- LolaLiza is a fast-fashion brand where things go fast, so working under pressure, being flexible and pragmatic is what you like;
- Since you will work a lot with several teams, strong organizational, communication and planning skills are a must;
- You have a smart commercial instinct and have lots of energy;
- You are open to travel to the Netherlands on regular basis.
