Venez rejoindre notre équipe technique et faites partie de la magie Aidez-nous à nous assurer que notre attraction soit toujours présentable et propre pour nos visiteurs au quotidien, en veillant à leur fournir un service exceptionnel et à répondre aux normes les plus élevées en matière de propreté et de présentation.
Il s'agit d'un poste à temps plein, de 38 heures semaine (le travail est obligatoire le dimanche et le lundi), le matin et/ou l'après-midi. Il sera de votre responsabilité de vous assurer que l'attraction soit exempte de déchets, propre, hygiénique et présentable pour les visiteurs. En plus de tous les espaces d'attraction, vous nettoyez quotidiennement les zones du personnel et les toilettes (visiteurs et personnel) et vous soutiendrez votre département technique sur le programme de maintenance du centre (nettoyage préventif). Vous vous déplacerez constamment dans l'attraction et vous serez donc également en contact avec nos visiteurs et vous serez amené à répondre aux questions et faire le maximum pour les aider à vivre une expérience inoubliable.

Zorg ervoor dat we onze klanten een uitstekende service bieden en dat we voldoen aan de hoogste normen op het gebied van netheid en presentatie.
Dit is een fulltime functie, waarbij je 38 uur per week werkt (werken op zondag en maandag is verplicht), 's ochtends en/of 's middags. Het is jouw verantwoordelijkheid om ervoor te zorgen dat de attractie afvalvrij, schoon, hygiënisch en representatief is voor de gasten. Naast alle ruimten in de attractie maak je dagelijks de personeelsruimten en de bezoekers
- en personeelstoiletten schoon en ondersteun je de technische dienst bij het diverse onderhouds taken (preventieve schoonmaak). Omdat je veel in de attractie rondloopt, heb je ook contact met onze gasten. Je beantwoordt vragen en doet er alles aan om onze bezoekers een uitstekende ervaring te bezorgen.

Come and join our technical team and be part of the magic Help us ensure our attraction is always looking presentable and clean for our guests daily, making sure we provide outstanding service to customers and meet the highest of standards in cleanliness and presentation.
This is a full-time role, working 38 hours per week (working Sundays and Mondays is mandatory), mornings and/or afternoons. It will be your responsibility to ensure that the attraction is litter free, clean, hygienic, and presentable for guests. In addition to all attraction spaces, you’ll clean staff areas and the visitor and staff toilets daily supporting technical department on maintenance program (prevention cleaning). As you’ll be out and about in the attraction, you’ll also have contact with our guests so you’ll be answering questions and doing all you can to help our visitors have an outstanding experience.
Qualifications & Experience:

- Expérience de nettoyage (préférable mais pas indispensable)
- Expérience dans la manipulation de produits de nettoyage et de produits chimiques (une formation sera dispensée)
- La capacité de travailler en autonomie en optimisant le temps imparti
- Vous parlez anglais - français - néerlandais (2 langues minimum)
- Hoge standaard en veel aandacht voor detail
- Rapporterende mentaliteit
- Schoonmaakervaring (bij voorkeur, maar niet cruciaal)
- Ervaring in het omgaan met schoonmaakproducten en chemicaliën (training wordt voorzien)
- Het vermogen om te werken volgens tijdschema's met eigen initiatief
- Je spreekt Engels - Frans - Nederlands (2 talen minimum)
