Voor een klant actief in de auto industrie is Hays Technology op zoek naar een business analist die mee kan helpen aan de analyses voor een nieuw salessysteem

**Over de job**:
Als (Sales Steering) business analist kom je terecht op de sales divisie waarbij je verantwoordelijk bent voor het uitrollen van een nieuw salessysteem.
Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de opvolging van het commercieel budget. alsook de vertaling van de verkoopresultaten naar de financiële impact voor de organisatie. Je bent eveneens verantwoordelijk voor de bijsturing van de doelstellingen wanneer dit noodzakelijk is.
Daarnaast analyseer je de resultaten van de verschillende verkoopkanalen en monitort de realisatie van commerciële doelstellingen. Hiervoor maak je recurrente presentaties en rapporteringen op en volg je verschillende verkoopsgerelateerde KPI’s op.
Tenslotte bied je ondersteuning bij allerhande ad hoc projecten binnen de Sales Planning & Steering afdeling.
Je komt terecht in een dynamische en enthousiaste team van 5 personen, waarmee je steeds samen in oplossingen denkt.
**Wie zoeken we?**
Jij bent een business analist met een sterk organisatorisch vermogen dat al minstens 3 jaar ervaring heeft en op korte termijn beschikbaar is.
Jij bezit over sterke analytische skills en hebt een goede kennis van sales processen.
Ook is een goede kennis van het Nederlands, Frans en Engels heel belangrijk.
