Dit vertaalt zich in heel wat strategische projecten rond passagiers, cargo, commercieel vastgoed, operaties, infrastructuur, digitalisatie en ondersteunende bedrijfsprocessen. Om deze uitdagende project portfolio te realiseren zijn we op zoek naar gedreven Project Managers die écht het verschil kunnen maken. Als Project Manager binnen het PMO team sta je op de eerste rij bij de realisatie van onze strategie. Je neemt van A tot Z de leiding in het realiseren van jouw projectresultaten binnen scope, tijd en budget. Je stuurt hierbij het projectteam aan en werkt actief samen met de sponsor, stuurgroep en andere stakeholders binnen en buiten de organisatie. Je loopt voorop, zet de lijnen uit, beheert het project proactief en brengt de juiste mensen rond tafel om samen progressie te maken. Ook het verankeren van de projectresultaten in de business behoort tot je takenpakket. Je beheert en levert diverse luchthaven gerelateerde projecten op. Je neemt van A tot Z de leiding over jouw projecten. Je presenteert investeringsvoorstellen aan het senior management, gebaseerd op business en marktanalyses, strategie en masterplan. Je vertaalt een probleemstelling naar een concreet en gedragen project en business case. Je onderhoudt actief contact met de stakeholders, om hun noden en verwachtingen beter te begrijpen en te vervullen. Je bewaakt de afgesproken scope, tijd, budget, risico's en kwaliteit. Je neemt waar nodig ook het change en communicatie luik op. Je beheerst en stuurt proactief projecten bij om efficiëntie te verhogen, risico's te verminderen, veranderingen te identificeren en alternatieve oplossingen voor te stellen. Je past de Brussel Airport projectmanagement methodologie toe en zorgt voor een goede documentatie en rapportering. Je coacht minder ervaren collega's en deelt je kennis en ervaring met hen. Je behaalde een masterdiploma of gelijkwaardig door ervaring. Je hebt minstens 10 jaar ervaring als project manager in een complexe en snel veranderde omgeving. Je kunt zelfstandig en in team werken. Je kan jezelf snel in (de inhoud van) een nieuw project inwerken. Je slaagt erin om hoofd- en bijzaken van elkaar te scheiden. Je bent analytisch, hebt sterke organisatorische vaardigheden en getuigt van leiderschap. Je hebt een goede organisatiegevoeligheid en je weet de weg binnen de organisatie snel te vinden. Je bent flexibel, proactief en klantgericht. Je spreekt vlot Nederlands, daarnaast spreek je Engels en Frans. Gaat je hart al sneller slaan?
