Ben jij een ervaren manager met een passie voor logistiek én productie binnen de farmaceutische industrie? Dan is deze rol bij een internationale speler in de farmaceutische sector precies wat je zoekt. In deze strategische sleutelpositie combineer je people management, operationele expertise en procesoptimalisatie om de logistieke en productieactiviteiten van een geavanceerde site naar een hoger niveau te tillen. Hoe zal jouw takenpakket eruit zien? - Je coördineert en optimaliseert de logistieke processen binnen een GMP-gecertificeerde productieomgeving, inclusief de ontvangst van actieve farmaceutische ingrediënten (API's), interne goederenstromen en distributie van afgewerkte producten. - Je geeft leiding aan een team van shift- en dagmedewerkers en stimuleert een cultuur van ownership, veiligheid en continue verbetering. - Je werkt nauw samen met de afdelingen Planning, QA en Regulatory Affairs om een performant en compliant proces te garanderen. - Je analyseert knelpunten binnen de supply chain en initieert verbeterprojecten rond efficiëntie, traceerbaarheid en kwaliteitsborging. - Je behandelt klachten, afwijkingen en CAPA's en vertaalt deze naar duurzame verbeteracties. - Je bereidt audits voor en ondersteunt bij interne en externe inspecties (o.a. FDA, EMA). - Je rapporteert KPI's en de voortgang van strategische doelstellingen aan het management en fungeert als sparringpartner voor verdere groei en optimalisatie van de site. Wat verwachten wij van jou? - Je hebt een masterdiploma in engineering, farmaceutische wetenschappen of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring. - Je beschikt over leidinggevende ervaring binnen een productie- of logistieke omgeving in de farmaceutische of life sciences sector. - Je hebt sterke analytische en organisatorische vaardigheden en weet verbeteringen om te zetten in concrete resultaten.
