Word dan onderdeel van ons enthousiaste team in Antwerpen - key responsibilities In deze rol draag je de verantwoordelijkheid voor de volledige administratieve en operationele afhandeling van exportzendingen via zeevracht. - Verantwoordelijk voor het opstellen van alle relevante transportdocumentatie, waaronder Bills of Lading, COO en verzekeringscertificaten. - Controleert documenten nauwgezet en ziet toe op een foutloze administratieve verwerking. - Onderhoudt dagelijks contact met scheepsagenten, carriers, klanten en het internationale netwerk. - Biedt een uitmuntende klantenservice en zorgt voor een proactieve opvolging van elk dossier. - Werkt uiterst nauwkeurig, ook wanneer er onder tijdsdruk gepresteerd moet worden. - qualifications Wij zoeken een georganiseerde teamplayer die vlot communiceert en beschikt over een sterke dossierkennis. - Beschikt over minimaal 2 jaar ervaring binnen ocean freight forwarding. - Heeft een grondige kennis van exportdocumentatie en Letters of Credit (L/C). - Is goed bekend met de geldende Incoterms. - Beschikt over goede computervaardigheden, inclusief basiskennis van MS Office (Excel, Word). - Beheerst het Engels uitstekend, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk. - Is een stressbestendige organisator die gestructureerd te werk gaat. - Is bereid om dagelijks vanuit het kantoor in Antwerpen te werken (thuiswerk is niet van toepassing). share this job.
