Functional analyst Functieomschrijving In deze rol werk je aan langdurige en uitdagende softwareprojecten binnen complexe omgevingen. Je verdiept je in de processen van de klant en vertaalt hun noden naar duidelijke en haalbare oplossingen voor het ontwikkelteam. Daarbij sta je in nauw contact met zowel de business als de developers, zodat functionele vereisten helder worden uitgewerkt en correct worden geïmplementeerd. Je neemt de tijd om mee te denken over verbeteringen, begeleidt de analyse van nieuwe features en zorgt ervoor dat de oplossingen echt waarde creëren. Dankzij jouw inzicht en communicatieve aanpak maak je de brug tussen idee en realiteit, en draag je rechtstreeks bij aan de kwaliteit en efficiëntie van de eindproducten. Profiel - Je hebt een bachelor- of masterdiploma in IT, business of gelijkaardig - Je hebt een sterke ervaring als Functional/Business Analyst of in een gelijkaardige rol - Je kan vlot bruggen slaan tussen business en IT en begrijpt technische contexten. - Je bent analytisch, communicatief sterk en klantgericht ingesteld. - Je werkt in het Nederlands.
