Commercial Graduate Program - Antwerp Functieomschrijving Tijdens dit 12-maanden traineeship maak je kennis met verschillende afdelingen, afhankelijk van je interesses en vaardigheden. Denk hierbij aan: - Export en Import (documentatie, booking & customer service) - Operations - Business controlling en analyse - Commercieel management - Logistiek en business support Je wordt intensief begeleid met zowel formele trainingen als on-the-job coaching. Doorheen het traject ontvang je regelmatige feedback en werk je mee aan projecten die jouw kennis en skills versterken. Het doel? Je klaarstomen voor een uitdagende commerciële rol binnen de organisatie. Profiel - Je beschikt (bijna) over een Bachelor of Master in Economie, Logistiek Management of een vergelijkbare richting. - Sterke interesse in sales en business development. - Affiniteit met de transport- en/of logistieke sector. - Vloeiend Nederlands en Engels, extra talen zijn een plus. - Je leert snel nieuwe systemen en processen aan. - Communicatief sterk, analytisch ingesteld en durft bestaande processen in vraag te stellen. - Flexibel, zelfstandig en een echte teamplayer.
