**Payroll Officer International | Function**:

- Calculate and process the salaries for international clients.
- Serve as the partner for these international clients and build trust-based relationships.
- Interact with colleagues within the social secretariat and other departments, ensuring a high level of engagement.
- Act as a consultant, identifying opportunities for the structure products or services that could help to optimize your client’s management
- Utilize and further develop your technical, interpersonal, and commercial skills.

**Payroll Officer International | Profile**:

- Bachelor and/or Master Degree in Human Resources.
- Fluent in English, French, and Dutch is a plus.
- Experience in payroll processing and workforce management.
- Strong commercial acumen to achieve your goals and anticipate your clients' needs.
