Support Officer Functieomschrijving - Répondre aux demandes clients. - Mettre à jour et enrichir les fiches clients dans la base de données. - Gérer les investigations liées aux solutions électroniques et proposer des solutions adaptées. - Traiter les réclamations et fournir des informations produits précises. - Renforcer la satisfaction et la fidélité client. - Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes internes pour atteindre les objectifs collectifs. Profiel - Vous êtes titulaire d'un diplôme de niveau bachelier. - Vous avez plusieurs années d'expérience dans un rôle B2B orienté client. - Vous êtes bilingue français-néerlandais, à l'écrit comme à l'oral. - Vous possédez d'excellentes compétences relationnelles, une grande capacité d'écoute, et êtes rigoureux(se) dans l'analyse et la résolution de problèmes.
