Hoe zal je Brussel laten bewegen?

Ben je gepassioneerd door de betrouwbaarheid van infrastructuur en technische innovatie? Als Reliability Engineer voor de Metro Signalisatie speel je een centrale rol in de integratie van activa, het beheer van hun prestaties en de continue verbetering van onze kritieke systemen. Je sluit je aan bij een dynamisch team en draagt bij aan het ambitieuze project om de Brusselse metro te moderniseren, met behulp van geavanceerde technische oplossingen die zijn afgestemd op toekomstige behoeften.

Hoe zal je dag eruit zien?

- Definiëren van de RAM-prestaties van activa en zorgen voor de implementatie ervan binnen strategische projecten.
- Voorstellen van innovatieve oplossingen om het beheer en de monitoring van kritieke activa te verbeteren.
- Nauwe samenwerking met de teams Signalisatie Ontwikkeling en Operaties om nieuwe activa te integreren en hun levenscyclusstrategieën te bepalen.
- Ontwerpen en schrijven van technische richtlijnen, onderhoudsplannen en transversale processen.
- Ontwikkelen van KPI's om de prestaties van activa te meten en te optimaliseren.
- Analyseren van technische rapportages om de grondoorzaken van storingen te achterhalen en preventieve en corrigerende acties voor te stellen om de levenscyclus van activa te waarborgen.
- Bijdragen aan de modernisering van signalisatiesystemen, met name rond CBTC (Communication-Based Train Control).

Profiel

- Een technisch diploma op Masterniveau (bijvoorbeeld elektromechanica, elektriciteit of een gelijkwaardige richting) of een Bachelor met gelijkwaardige ervaring in het beheer van industriële activa.
- Beheersing van technologieën gerelateerd aan spoorwegsignalisatie is een pluspunt.
- Ervaring in het beheer van activa, onderhoud en het gebruik van methoden zoals AMDEC, RCA of 5 Why.
- Vaardigheid met technologische tools zoals MsProject en de Office Suite (kennis van SAP is een voordeel).
- Uitstekende analytische en synthetische vaardigheden, gecombineerd met zelfstandigheid, nauwkeurigheid en een gestructureerde werkwijze.
- Een open mindset en het vermogen om effectief samen te werken met verschillende belanghebbenden.
- Creativiteit en proactiviteit om innovatieve concepten te ontwikkelen en complexe problemen op te lossen.
- Taalvaardigheid in het Frans en een goede kennis van het Nederlands. Engels is vereist voor communicatie met leveranciers, en kennis van het Italiaans is een pluspunt.
