Account & Tender Specialist Functieomschrijving As an Account & Tender Specialist your responsibilities are: - Manage customer accounts and ensure high satisfaction levels. - Oversee tender processes and prepare necessary documentation. - Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations. - Analyze client needs and provide tailored solutions. - Maintain up-to-date records and reports related to accounts and tenders. - Respond promptly to customer queries and resolve issues efficiently. - Support the team in achieving departmental goals. - Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the customer service department. Profiel A successful Account & Tender Specialist should have: - Educational background in business administration, data management, or a related field. - Fluent in English & French. - Experience in account management or tender processes in the aviation industry is a big plus. - Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. - Strong communication and problem-solving abilities. - Excellent Excel-skills (pivot tables, graphics, formulas). - Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail.
