Au sein de la division « Dissémination» du service Systèmes d'Information Statistique (SI), les statistiques produites au sein du département Statistique Générale sont diffusées aux différents acteurs. L'équipe est responsable de la diffusion des produits statistiques au bon moment (selon le calendrier de publication), aux bonnes parties concernées (organisations internes et nationales & internationales, grand public,…) et selon le bon format (SDMX, templates BNB et NBB.STAT). Description de la fonction Fonction vous participez à l'identification et à la compréhension des besoins et des exigences des utilisateurs afin d'évaluer la faisabilité technique et de permettre une programmation harmonieuse des applications vous vérifiez la faisabilité technique de ces besoins afin de permettre une mise en œuvre harmonieuse vous traitez, analysez, interprétez et documentez les informations afin d'assurer une gestion optimale des applications et des processus vous collaborez à la mise en place et/ou à l'exécution de tests sur le logiciel développé afin de contribuer à son amélioration vous réfléchissez de manière proactive à l'amélioration des processus et méthodes de travail du service et les traduisez en tâches et processus documentés. Profil Profil vous êtes de préférence titulaire d'un diplôme de bachelier et/ou avez une expérience pertinante pour la fonction vous avez des affinités en IT et de l'expérience dans la gestion/analyse des processus vous êtes orienté(e) vers le client et capable d'identifier rapidement leurs besoins vous avez d'excellentes compétences en matière de communication orale et écrite vous avez une connaissance pratique du néerlandais et de l'anglais (niveau B2) vous pouvez travailler de manière indépendante vous êtes consciencieux(-euse) dans l'exécution de diverses tâches et le suivi d'instructions vous travaillez de manière proactive, vous êtes orienté(e) vers les résultats et les solutions Offre Pourquoi choisir la BNB ?
