Wat ga je doen? - Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de operationele leiding van het warehouse waarbij je je team aanstuurt en begeleidt om gezamenlijk de gewenste resultaten te behalen. - Je hanteert een persoonlijke aanpak en coacht je medewerkers op individuele basis. - Je zorgt voor de nodige opleiding, begeleiding en motivatie van jouw team. - Je coördineert en organiseert activiteiten op een efficiënte manier, ook bij wisselende omstandigheden. - Als leidinggevende ben je zowel streng als rechtvaardig en werk je aan het behalen van belangrijke KPI's: veiligheid, kwaliteit, kosten, levering, milieu en mensen. - Je zorgt ervoor dat alle aspecten van het warehouse zoals veiligheid, kwaliteit, ergonomie en milieu, soepel verlopen. - Je moedigt je team aan om regels te volgen en tegelijkertijd verbeteringsvoorstellen te doen. - Je bent een drijvende kracht achter het continu verbeteren van processen en resultaten. - Je treedt op als back-up voor andere teams wanneer nodig en leert zo verschillende processen kennen. - Je voert functionerings- en coachingsgesprekken en ondersteunt je team in hun groei en ontwikkeling. - Je werkt nauw samen met andere afdelingen om de planning en -uitvoering te optimaliseren.
