The Spice Factory est le plus grand fabricant d'herbes et d'épices en Belgique. Aujourd'hui, nous réalisons la majeure partie de nos ventes en Europe (Belgique, Pays-Bas, Royaume-Uni, France), mais nous exportons nos produits également vers le Japon, Dubai, la Corée du Sud, etc.. Nous employons actuellement une centaine de personnes passionnées sur notre site de Braine l'Alleud et nous réalisons un chiffre d'affaires de +/- 75 mio euros. Afin de soutenir notre croissance, notre équipe financière composée de 5 collègues à la recherche d'un(e) : Business Controller Financial Planning & Analysis Analyser la performance financière et formuler des recommandations d'amélioration, en étroite collaboration avec l'ensemble des équipes opérationnelles Participer activement aux processus de planification et de budgétisation Comptabilité & Contrôle de gestion Piloter le reporting financier à destination des parties prenantes internes et externes (Conseil d'administration, comité exécutif, managers) Collaborer étroitement avec l'équipe comptable afin de garantir l'exactitude des rapports financiers, le paiement ponctuel des fournisseurs et le suivi des encaissements clients Etre responsable de la clôture mensuelle avec l'équipe comptable et le deuxième controller Entretenir les relations avec les auditeurs externes et analyser leurs constats et recommandations Projets spécifiques pour 2026 Être le/la key user Finance lors de l'implémentation du nouvel ERP Assurer le rôle de business controller pour la production, incluant le controlling usine (consommation, déchets, effectifs), ainsi que la coordination des flux de palettes (hors gestion des stocks) Soutenir l'équipe commerciale en matière de pricing : identification des leviers d'optimisation des prix, renouvellements annuels, revues trimestrielles des prix et analyse des écarts par rapport au budget Master en économie, finance, ingénieur de gestion ou équivalent Minimum 5 ans d'expérience pertinente (idéalement une combinaison de comptabilité et de contrôle de gestion...
