We’re Hiring: Technical Maintenance Coordinator (Urgent Role) Do you thrive in a role where technical expertise meets strong coordination skills? We’re looking for a Technical Maintenance Coordinator to join our team and play a key role in ensuring smooth operations, customer satisfaction, and our shared Zero Accident Goal. About the Role In this position, you will actively contribute to operational excellence while promoting safety and environmental responsibility. Working in line with ISO 14001 standards, you will support preventive and corrective maintenance activities and act as a reliable point of contact for both internal colleagues and external partners. Key Responsibilities; • Plan & Coordinate Maintenance: Launch preventive work orders in SAP, order equipment and spare parts, and coordinate with internal (AL) and external resources until successful closure. • Problem-Solving: Respond to technical issues raised by drivers, employees, customers, or carriers. • Optimize Operations: Ensure planning consistency, combine preventive and corrective actions, and adapt schedules to maximize efficiency and minimize overtime. • Support Safety & Sustainability: Apply environmental legislation, follow best practices, and maintain a proactive approach toward environmental preservation. Profil What You Bring • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with proven experience in technical coordination and administrative support • Strong IT skills – knowledge of SAP is a major asset • Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with colleagues, clients, and partners • Strong interpersonal and listening skills, with the ability to respond empathetically to client needs • Highly organized, structured, and able to set priorities in a dynamic environment • Languages: fluent Dutch and English; French is a strong asset Offre What We Offer • The contract will be a fixed-term contract for one year • Daytime working hours supporting a healthy work-life balance • An attractive salary package • The opportunity to make a real impact in a role that combines technical expertise, planning, and customer contact This is an urgent role – we are looking to onboard quickly.
