Safety supervision level II Functieomschrijving Als Safety Supervisor Level 2 ondersteun je de organisatie bij het uitbouwen en opvolgen van een sterk welzijns- en veiligheidsbeleid. Je voert risicoanalyses uit, adviseert de leidinggevenden en sensibiliseert medewerkers rond veilig en gezond werken. Met jouw expertise draag je actief bij aan een veilige werkomgeving voor iedereen. Verantwoordelijkheden: - Dagelijkse opvolging veiligheidsproblematiek (advies, ondersteuning, vergunningen, RA, ....) - Coördinatiemeeting BT (dagelijks), BT meeting veiligheid (maandelijks) - Faciliteren, Coördineren en rapporteren ongevalsonderzoeken - Opvolgen en verzekeren van het veiligheidsbeleid bij de uitvoering van projecten of MOC's (ID-verslagen) - Voorkomingsbeleid: goedkeuren ATB's - Opvolging Projecten (veiligheid) Profiel Wat verwachten we van onze kandidaat? - ICT-vaardigheden: MS office, SAP is een pluspunt - Talenkennis (mondeling en schriftelijk: ENG en NL - Kwalificaties: Preventieadviseur Niveau 2 - VCA Aanbod - Bedrijfswagen Naast een contract van onbepaalde duur met een aantrekkelijk salaris op maat, bieden wij je: - maaltijdcheques van 8 euro per gewerkte dag; - forfaitaire onkostenvergoeding; - bedrijfswagen en tankkaart; - hospitalisatie- en groepsverzekering; - eco-cheques met een max. van 250 euro per jaar; - de kans om een groot netwerk op te bouwen; - de mogelijkheid om je ervaring en kennis te delen met andere TEC consultants Groeimogelijkheden: Zo heeft TEC sinds oktober vorig jaar career coaches. Zij staan in voor de opvolging en je opleidingstraject. Om de 3 maanden nemen ze contact met je op en bezoeken ze jou met de vraag of je nog graag op de werkplek bent, hopelijk is dit het geval. De career coaches zitten met jou samen in verband met een opleidingstraject met de vraag waar jij je in de toekomst ziet. Op deze manier helpen wij elkaar.
