For one of our partners, one of the world's largest and most diverse providers of technical, professional and construction services, we are looking for a Construction Superintendent E&I. In this role, the Construction Superintendent E&I will interact with construction sites, clients, and engineering offices to ensure successful supervision during the construction phase, in accordance with established policies, procedures, systems, and requirements as approved by the company.

**Function**:
Responsible for safety of supervised personnel; ensures that craft personnel comply with established safety policies and procedures, and that they practice safe work habits
Monitors the activities of contractors and subcontractors performing craftwork, ensuring compliance with project quality, safety, and security requirements
Ensures that subordinates are trained on and aware of specifications and work procedures and are utilized to ensure optimal efficiency
Plans required work activity to ensure that design drawings, tools, equipment, and materials are available when needed

**Profile**:
Commitment to safety.
Minimum of 10 years relevant experience in the same function and work environment
Must have experience in chemical, petrochemical and/or pharmaceutical industry
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with people at all levels of the organization, self-motivated, and demonstrates experience in building relationships and positively motivating teams to accomplish multiple objectives in the most efficient manner.
**Languages**: Fluent in Dutch & English (speaking, reading & writing)
Valid clean drivers' licence (Min B)
Residential in the Antwerp area
