De persoon die bij het woord project niet denkt aan PowerPoints vol pijltjes, maar aan doen, bouwen, testen, tweaken en uiteindelijk trots kijken naar iets dat écht werkt. We hebben een plek vrij in een bedrijf dat elke dag keihard werkt om kwaliteitsvolle ingrediënten te maken voor klanten in meer dan 100 landen. Denk: grote installaties, slimme processen, damp, trillende pompen, kabelgoten die nooit lijken te eindigen, kortom: een speeltuin voor technisch volk. En daar kom jij dus misschien in the picture. Je wordt de Project Engineer die projecten van A tot Z mag waarmaken. Niet in de ivory tower, wel tussen de mensen die weten hoe het eraan toegaat op de vloer. Concreet? Je kijkt naar productieprocessen en denkt: dit kan beter. Je volgt nieuwe technologieën alsof het een nieuwe True Crime-reeks is. Je maakt haalbaarheidsstudies, planningen en begrotingen die niet door elkaar lopen. Je leidt projecten van voorbereidingsfase tot eerste keer op “start” duwen. Je werkt met leveranciers, contractors en collega's uit productie, onderhoud, kwaliteit en preventie. Je volgt CAPEX en OPEX op (ja, dat is soms saai, maar je kan dat). En je zorgt dat installaties, utilities en faciliteiten blijven draaien als een Zwitsers uurwerk. Onderwerpen waar je je tanden in mag zetten? Kort overzichtje: ijswatercentrale, stoomoptimalisatie, onderstations, hoogspanningsposten, poedertransport… Klinkt dat als muziek? Mooi. Je hebt een technische achtergrond (bachelor of gelijkwaardig) en 3 à 5 jaar ervaring in industriële projecten of onderhoud. Mechanica? Elektriciteit? Dat spreekt voor zich. Automatisatiekennis? Grote plus. Je bent hands-on. Echt hands-on. Niet “ik kijk vanop afstand mee”-hands-on. Je kan conceptueel en analytisch denken, maar ook je werkschoenen aantrekken en meedraaien. Je bent oplossingsgericht en laat je niet van je stuk brengen. Je hebt goest...
