Als verantwoordelijke van de IDPB bij Hyline staat u in voor het beheer van de veiligheid en het sensibiliseren van het personeel van het bewustzijn omtrent veiligheid en preventie. In samenspraak met de verantwoordelijken, neemt u de passende maatregelen om te voldoen aan de eisen met betrekking tot veiligheid en milieu die bepaald worden door de wet, de klant en/of door de groep Eiffage. toezicht houden op de correcte toepassing van maatregelen volgens de wet betreffende het welzijn; helpen bij de voorbereidingen van de werven aangaande veiligheid; helpen bij het opstellen van documenten met betrekking tot de reglementering in het kader van milieuwetgeving; advies geven over werkmethodes, uitrustingen, materieel, enz. (bepalen van de passende maatregelen volgens de gevaren); werfbezoeken doen met als doel : detecteren van risico's op ongevallen en verbeteren van veiligheidsmaatregelen ter plaatse, waken over de correcte uitvoering van de richtlijnen en het respecteren van de preventiebeleid van de groep Eiffage, zich ervan vergewissen dat het veiligheidsonthaal wordt gegeven, voorbereiden van de komend activiteiten/werken,…; de werven bijstaan bij een arbeidsongeval ; externe contacten, opstellen van verslagen, analyse van het ongeval, bijkomende veiligheidsmaatregelen treffen,…; actief deelnemen aan de opstelling van de toolbox en VCA ook daarna maandelijks presentatie aan de teams. U hebt een bachelor, master of equivalent diploma – preventieadviseur Niveau 2 (of preventieadviseur Niveau 3 – die reeds in opleiding zit voor Niveau 2) U hebt een zeer goede kennis van het Frans en Nederlands en een goede kennis van het Engels. U hebt een goede kennis van de wetgeving betreffende veiligheid, welzijn op het werk en hebt kennis van certificeringsnormen waaronder VCA. U hebt een relevante ervaring (minimum 5 jaar) in een gelijkaardige functie. Technische kennis van energie en/of bouwsector is een troef. U hebt goede kennis van Office (nl Excel).
