Agristo is dé expert in het creëren van diepgevroren aardappelspecialiteiten voor de wereldwijde horeca en retail. Met een team van 1500 gepassioneerde potatoholics, verspreid over vijf fabrieken in België, Nederland en India, hebben ze in 2024 een indrukwekkende omzet van 1,2 miljard euro gerealiseerd.
Agristo's ambitie? De wereldwijde referentie worden voor diepgevroren aardappel geïnspireerde producten. Dit doen ze door in te zetten op duurzame groei en nauwe samenwerking met alle stakeholders. Groei zit namelijk in hun DNA, in elke vezel.
Ter ondersteuning van hun groei wenst Agristo het People Leadership team te versterken met een Director Talent .
Functieomschrijving
- Als Director Talent ben jij mede de drijvende kracht achter de realisatie van de bedrijfsstrategie. Als People Leader ben je niet alleen een ambassadeur, maar ook een bron van inspiratie voor alle potatoholics en stakeholders.
- Samen met je collega's van het People Design team (CPO, Director Culture & Organisation en de Director People Architecture) schrijf je de toekomst van de People-strategie en neem je ownership over het realiseren van de langetermijndoelstellingen.
- Je ontwikkelt een vooruitstrevende talentstrategie die duurzame groeikansen, persoonlijke ontwikkeling en een flexibele workforce centraal stelt.
- Jij bent de bezieler en inspirator van het talent acquisition beleid, talent management, talent mobiliteit, learning & development en retentie management.
- Je creëert een cultuur van continue feedback en stimuleert streven naar excellentie, nieuwsgierigheid, leerbereidheid en flexibiliteit bij alle potatoholics. Met jouw visie en leiderschap zorg je ervoor dat de juiste mensen op het juiste moment op de juiste plek zijn.
- Samen met jouw team van 6, met de People Leaders en in afstemming met de Business HR collega's, geef je vorm aan een roadmap en aan projecten die deze visie in de praktijk omzetten. Je brengt de visie tot leven en garandeert resultaat.
- Je bent een coach voor het Talent Team van 6 professionals. Je motiveert hen om ownership te nemen en te groeien.
- Je rapporteert aan de Chief People Officer en werkt nauw samen met de collega's van het People Design team, het leadership team en de business leaders.
- Je hebt minimaal 10 jaar ervaring in talentmanagement, HR-strategieën en leiderschapsrollen. Door jouw passie voor en visie op mensen en hun ontwikkeling ben je een inspiratiebron voor de HR community.
- Je hebt uitstekende leiderschaps- en communicatieve vaardigheden en straalt zelf een innovatieve en toekomstgerichte mindset uit.
- Je hebt sterke strategische en analytische vaardigheden om complexe problemen op te lossen en innovatieve oplossingen te ontwikkelen. Op die manier slaag je erin om samen met het strategische design team de langetermijnstrategie van Agristo mee vorm te geven.
- Stakeholder management is jouw tweede natuur: je bouwt bruggen, brengt mensen samen en overtuigt met heldere communicatie.
- Een unieke mogelijkheid om samen met gedreven collega's de Agristo ambitie mee waar te maken en op het vlak van HR jouw visie uit te dragen. Een strategische rol met impact, in een groeiende organisatie met "People as a value " als één van de strategische speerpunten.
