Relieve est à la recherche d’un(e) coordonnateur(trice) de la planification logistique et du soutien à la clientèle motivé et soucieux du détail pour se joindre à notre équipe. Le candidat retenu jouera un rôle central dans la gestion des opérations logistiques et la fourniture d’un soutien à la clientèle exceptionnel à nos clients. Ce rôle exige de solides compétences organisationnelles, des capacités de communication efficaces et un engagement à assurer des processus fluides et efficaces. Principales responsabilités : ? Planification logistique : - Coordonner et superviser la logistique du transport des meubles, y compris la planification des cueillettes et des livraisons. - Collaborer avec des partenaires logistiques pour optimiser les itinéraires et minimiser les coûts de transport. - Assurer une livraison rapide et précise des meubles chez les clients. - Suivre les expéditions et surveiller les niveaux de stock pour éviter les ruptures de stock. ? Service à la clientèle : - Servir de point de contact principal pour les demandes des clients, en fournissant une assistance rapide et professionnelle par e-mail, téléphone et chat. - Répondre aux préoccupations des clients et résoudre les problèmes liés aux livraisons, aux retours et aux demandes de renseignements sur les produits. - Fournir des conseils et un soutien aux clients tout au long du processus d’achat, de la passation de la commande à la livraison. - Maintenir un haut niveau de satisfaction de la clientèle en assurant une résolution rapide et efficace de tout problème ou plainte. ? Traitement des commandes et documentation : - Traiter les commandes entrantes et assurer l’exactitude des détails de la commande et des informations d’expédition. - Générer des étiquettes d’expédition, des factures et d’autres documents pertinents. - Coordonner avec le gestionnaire d’entrepôt et le personnel pour s’assurer que les commandes sont exécutées avec précision et à temps. ? Gestion de l’inventaire : - Surveiller les niveaux d’inventaire et mettre à jour les enregistrements d’inventaire au besoin. - Effectuer des vérifications régulières pour rapprocher l’inventaire physique des enregistrements du système. - Diplôme universitaire en administration des affaires, logistique, gestion de la chaîne d'approvisionnement ou dans un domaine connexe. ? - Expérience avérée dans la coordination logistique, de préférence dans un environnement B2B est un gros plus - Solides compétences organisationnelles avec la capacité de prioriser les tâches et de gérer plusieurs projets simultanément. - Excellentes compétences en communication, à la fois verbales et écrites, avec une approche centrée sur le client. - Maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office ? - Expérience avec les logiciels de gestion logistique (par exemple, systèmes ERP, systèmes de gestion des transports) est un plus - Langue maternelle Français ou Néerlandais avec compétences suffisantes dans l'autre langue pour assurer le service client. Anglais est un plus. - Souci du détail avec un accent sur l'exactitude et l'efficacité. ? - Capacité à travailler en collaboration dans un environnement dynamique et rapide. 1.
