Part-time Receptionist/Office Assistant

Excel Careers et Excel Interim est un cabinet de recrutement spécialisé dans les profils de support administratif tels que les réceptionnistes, les assistants de direction, les assistants exécutifs / personnels, les assistants RH, les assistants commerciaux et marketing, les office managers, le service client, les digital marketing officers, etc. Nous travaillons avec des entreprises de différents secteurs et proposons des contrats permanents et temporaires.
Nous recrutons actuellement un(e) réceptionniste/assistant(e) de bureau pour le mois d'octobre, novembre et décembre, du lundi au vendredi de 8h à 13h, pour l'un de nos clients, une société familiale et dynamique situé au nord de Bruxelles et très facile d'accès en transport en commun.
Les principales responsabilités :
- Responsable de l'état impeccable de l'espace client
- Accueillir les clients
- Préparer les salles de réunion
- Organiser le petit-déjeuner et/ou le déjeuner pour les réunions et les séminaires
- Réserver les taxis, les restaurants et les hôtels
- Faire des copies et/ou des impressions pour les clients
- Modifier les billets d'avion et de train
- Aider à l'organisation d'événements internes
Profil :
- Parfaitement bilingue (FR - NL)
- Expérience dans une fonction similaire est un plus (réceptionniste, hôtesse...)
- Très bonne présentation et esprit positif
- Fiabilité, sens du résultat, sens du service et flexibilité
- Bonne communication et sens de l'organisation
- Bonne connaissance de MS Office
