En tant que responsable produit, vous serez le moteur du développement marketing de nos produits. Vous dirigerez la stratégie, les campagnes de communication et les outils promotionnels, tout en analysant les ventes et en identifiant les opportunités de croissance. Principales responsabilités : - Concevoir et mettre en œuvre la stratégie marketing des produits assignés. - Créer des campagnes promotionnelles et des outils de communication percutants. - Effectuer des analyses de marché et de ventes pour orienter la stratégie. - Identifier les axes de développement tels que le produit, l’emballage, et le positionnement. - Assurer une veille concurrentielle et rester proche du terrain par le biais de visites en pharmacies et cabinets médicaux. - Former et soutenir les équipes médicales et pharmaceutiques. - Gérer les fournisseurs et sous-traitants, incluant la sélection, la négociation et le suivi. L'entreprise est active dans le secteur des services energie/construction et se trouve tout près de Bruxelles Nord. - Bachelor/Master en Marketing, Communication ou Commerce. - Au moins 2 ans d’expérience en marketing, idéalement dans le secteur pharmaceutique. - Bilingue français-néerlandais. - Maîtrise des outils Microsoft et des analyses de données. - Atout : compétences en graphisme (InDesign, Photoshop, Adobe).
