Ben jij een ondernemende Marketeer dit sterk is in denken én doen? Wil je een sleutelrol spelen binnen een ambitieus, internationaal scale-up verhaal? Als Marketing Lead ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het volledige marketingverhaal binnen België en Nederland. Je bent zowel strategisch als operationeel actief: je bouwt de visie, bepaalt prioriteiten en zet marketinginitiatieven om in concrete resultaten. Als Marketing Lead krijg je volledige verantwoordelijkheid over de marketingstrategie voor de Benelux. Je bent zowel strategisch als operationeel actief: jij bedenkt niet alleen plannen, je zorgt ook dat ze uitgevoerd worden. Je ontwikkelt en implementeert een full-funnel marketingstrategie voor de Benelux. Je bouwt de merkpositionering verder uit en versterkt storytelling en contentimpact. Je beheert en optimaliseert campagnes over SEA, SEO, paid social, affiliate, e-mail en influencer marketing. Je werkt samen met internationale performance-, product- en marketingteams én lokale operations en logistiek. Je bouwt een klein lokaal marketingteam verder uit (initieel 2 personen) en begeleidt hen naar high performance. Je werkte al in snelgroeiende omgevingen (scale-up, startup, e-commerce, …). Je bent sterk in budgetbeheer en campagne-ROI. Je hebt bewezen dat je bedrijven kan laten groeien. Je hebt leiderschapskwaliteiten om een team te vormen, uit te bouwen en aan te sturen. Je bent creatief, vernieuwend en durft buiten de lijntjes kleuren. Je werkt graag in een omgeving waar de snelheid hoog ligt en beslissingen snel genom...
