Wegens uitbreiding is Robert Walters op zoek naar een Junior Recruitment Consultant voor het kantoor in Groot-Bijgaarden. Takenpakket als Junior Recruitment Consultant: Na een grondige opleiding ontmoet je zowel kandidaten als klanten en ben je hun eerste aanspreekpunt: Je screent en interviewt kandidaten Je contacteert bedrijven (huidig en toekomstige klanten) uit allerhande sectoren en overtuigt Hiring en HR-managers om met Robert Walters samen te werken Je analyseert de behoeften van de klant en selecteert de geschikte kandidaten voor de vacatures in jouw klantenportefeuille Je wilt impact maken op arbeidsmarkt en weet snel in te spelen op nieuwe jobs binnen jouw regio Je bouwt een sterk netwerk op van klanten en kandidaten en helpt onze business uit te bouwen ook in nieuwe regio's en markten Het deale profiel: Je hebt een universitair diploma op zak Je bent vooral commercieel ingesteld; je houdt van verkopen en het overtuigen van mensen Je bent target- en resultaat gedreven en bent een doorzetter Je beschikt over een sterke interesse in de wereld van rekrutering en selectie Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en je kan je goed uitdrukken in het Engels en het Frans Je bent dynamisch en positief ingesteld Je bent flexibel en ambitieus Wat wij aanbieden: Je komt terecht in een tof, dynamisch team met een toffe sfeer Deze starterfunctie is leerrijk, afwisselend en er is een goede opleiding voorzien Je krijgt in ruil voor je inzet een competitief salaris met extrale...
