POSITION SUMMARY As Teammanager Claims Private, ABS and Medi-Assistance, you animate, organize and coordinate the teams (+/- 60 FTE) that take care of the healthcare claims management for private companies, the intakes of hospitalization claims and other claims related activities for both public and private companies and you ensure a close follow-up of the claims teams in ABS. You ensure for your teams An effective organization, collaboration and an optimized balancing of the workload between BNL and ABS teams A strong quality of service and respect of the agreed SLA while optimizing the productivity of the teams A coherent client servicing thanks to aligned ways of working in the teams, and thanks to the implementation and control of business processes/procedures and a close monitoring of the quality level of communication with customers You determine (in strong collaboration with Business Enabling) the targets for your BNL and ABS team and you follow-up on those targets and you implement improvement plans where needed. You are the ear of the customer/agents and Axa Be and in that sense, you contribute pro-actively to the elaboration of the healthcare roadmap and you take up the responsibility to address the raised problems in due time in order to ensure continuous improvements. You lead or contribute actively to improvement or change projects. You keep strong relations with our key partner Axa Belgium and with medium/big sized customers and brokers. On some occasions, you represent our department externally. As part of the Healthcare management team, you play an active role in the management of the entire healthcare scope by contributing actively to the elaboration, implementation and communication of the roadmap and by playing a role in projects that cover scopes that go beyond your own scope. SKILLS You have a master degree (or comparable by experience) and by preference you have at least 5 years of experience in leading teams. You are Dutch/French with a very good knowledge of the second language & a good knowledge of English, You are very Service & people oriented You have strong communication (oral & writing) & organization skills You have a broad experience in people and/or management of business- projects. You have a good knowledge of Microsoft-tools. Experience in insurance or the healthcare sector is a plus Thanks to your experience in change management and your communication skills, you can easily handle a context in which agreement needs to be found between different actors.
