In this role, you will:
- Lead and empower a high-performing software development team, fostering a culture of inclusion, collaboration, and excellence.
- Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality, secure, and scalable products.
- Champion continuous learning and growth within the team.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, security threats, and regulations impacting financial software development.
- Partner with stakeholders across the organization to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive cloud strategy to optimize our IT infrastructure.
- Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of a secure and reliable IT infrastructure.
- Work collaboratively with the Security Department to ensure secure coding practices.
- Implement robust cyber security measures to safeguard company data and systems.
- Demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
We value candidates with:
- A bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent business experience is a plus.
- Proven experience in a leadership role within software development and architecture, ideally in the financial sector.
- Solid understanding of financial markets, regulations, and industry trends (a plus).
- Expertise in software development methodologies, tools, and frameworks (Agile, DevOps, cloud platforms).
- Excellent leadership and team management skills with a focus on inclusivity and collaboration.
- Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively engage with diverse audiences.
