About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Key Account Development Specialist to join our dynamic team in Brussels. As a Business Partnership Acquisition Manager, you will play a crucial role in expanding our partner network and increasing Odoo's presence worldwide.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential partners, analyzing their profile and challenges, and determining how we can build a win-win relationship. You will also provide personalized demonstrations of Odoo, quote and negotiate conditions for collaboration, and manage a global pipeline of opportunities.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in IT or solution-selling
  • Fluency in English and Dutch, Polish, Czech, or any Eastern European language
  • Strong analytical skills and business knowledge
