Your Role

As an Administrative Office Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our Antwerp office.

  • Process and manage payments to external participants
  • Manage relationships with internal and external accountants
  • Project management with invoice preparation, distribution, and tracking

You will also perform administrative tasks such as maintaining office equipment and supplies, recommending actions on office expenditures, and maintaining facility records and files.

Your Responsibilities

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Working directly with vendors to secure services for the facility
  • Providing administrative support to the site director and other managers as needed
  • Maintaining office and home office equipment as well as supplies
  • Recommending actions to be taken on office expenditures such as equipment and supply
  • Maintaining facility records and files
Your Profile

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or bachelor's degree
  • A strong background in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Fluency in English and local language (if different)
