We are looking for a talented SuccessFactors Solution Architect / LEAD to join our team at the HR Path Group. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in the development of our SuccessFactors integration practice.
About the JobIn this role, you will be responsible for managing projects and ensuring client requirements are met. You will identify and manage technical, financial, and contractual risks associated with projects. Additionally, you will foster and manage client relationships to build trust and long-term partnerships.
Your Responsibilities- Project Management: Oversee projects and ensure that client requirements and commitments are met.
- Risk Management: Identify and manage technical, financial, legal, and contractual risks associated with projects.
- Client Relationship Management: Foster and manage client relationships to build trust and long-term partnerships.
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage technical teams involved in projects.
- At least 4 years of proven experience in consulting, with a deep understanding of SuccessFactors implementation.
- Experience working on international projects is a plus.
- Certification in at least two SuccessFactors modules.
- Dynamic, rigorous, and analytical mindset, strong listening skills, and a team-oriented approach.
- Excellent adaptability skills and strong oral communication abilities.
- Fluency in Dutch, English & French.
