Account Manager for Enterprise Clients

Your Role:

You will leverage your expertise and relationships to significantly contribute to business development efforts, supporting our business partners and ensuring a strong market presence.

In this role, you will be integral to nurturing client relationships and achieving strategic goals.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead Generation and Management: Attract potential customers through inbound and outbound methods, qualify leads, nurture them, and assign leads.
  • Channel Partner Management: Maintain and expand our market presence by managing relationships with channel partners.
  • Pipeline Management: Increase and monitor the pipeline for the team, schedule calls/meetings and product presentations with potential clients.
  • Opportunity Handling: Guide small to medium-sized opportunities from initiation to closure.
  • Sales Engagement: Engage directly with end users, system integrators, VARs, and resellers to enhance sales outcomes.
  • New Business Opportunities: Scout for new business opportunities and expand our reach within the industry.
Requirements:
  • Legal eligibility to work in the Benelux region.
  • 5+ years of account management experience.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • IT Hardware sector experience is required, with rugged market knowledge preferred.
  • Prior experience interfacing with internal company business units, HQ business units, and 3rd party business partners is desired.
  • Native or bilingual-level French and business-level English proficiency are required.
