The ideal candidate will guide and lead the agile transformation within the department by facilitating collaboration, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring an agile mindset across squads.
Key Responsibilities
- Foster collaboration and team dynamics among clusters and squads.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies at both squad and cluster levels.
- Lead continuous improvement cycles with Product Owners and stakeholders to optimize team performance.
- Promote an agile culture, encouraging collaboration and a growth mindset.
- Coach teams on agile principles, focusing on both methodology and mindset shifts.
Your Profile
- Education: Master's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Languages: Professional proficiency in French, Dutch, and English.
- Experience:
- Minimum 1 year as a Scrum Master in an agile transformation context.
- Experience in banking environments, particularly within marketing & communications.
- Familiarity with IT projects and agile tool implementation.
- Technical Skills (Preferred): Adobe Campaign, Wrike or other agile backlog tools.
Soft Skills
- Strong organizational, analytical, and result-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication and coaching abilities in complex transformation settings.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to handle tight deadlines under pressure.
Working Conditions
- Hybrid: 50% remote, 50% on-site (depending on squad presence).
