We are seeking an Event Promotions Coordinator to join our team at Universal Music Belgium. As a key member of the marketing department, this role involves generating airplay on radio, creating free publicity via online content, written press, tv performances, (tv) interviews, and working on a diverse roster of projects and artists.
The successful applicant will be a talented storyteller who knows how to sell a project and has the ability to look for new and original ways to promote our artists. In addition to achieving the targets defined in collaboration with the project managers and the marketing & sales director, the Event Promotions Coordinator will respond appropriately to any media enquiries and write to-the-point press releases tailored to the targeted media.
This role requires the ability to prioritize between primary issues from secondary, preferably having experience in artist promotion & event production, and possessing necessary project management skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure and deadlines.
