We are seeking a seasoned cybersecurity expert to fill the position of Chief Information Security Officer at Arcus Search. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing an effective information security strategy that aligns with our organization's business goals and regulatory requirements.
About the Role- Develop and execute a comprehensive information security strategy aligned with the organization's business objectives.
- Identify, assess, and manage cybersecurity risks to our digital and physical assets.
- Ensure compliance with applicable national and international cybersecurity regulations, including GDPR and NIS2 Directive.
- Lead the response to security breaches and ensure the swift recovery of systems and data.
- Information Security Strategy Development: Create a forward-thinking information security strategy that protects our organization's assets and reputation.
- Risk Management: Proactively identify and mitigate potential cybersecurity risks through regular risk assessments and mitigation strategies.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to relevant cybersecurity regulations, industry standards, and best practices.
- Incident Response & Recovery: Develop and maintain incident response and disaster recovery plans to minimize downtime and data loss.
- Team Leadership: Foster a culture of security awareness among employees and lead a skilled information security team.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
- At least 15 years of experience in cybersecurity, with a minimum of 5 years as a CISO or in a senior leadership role.
- Proven track record in designing and implementing large-scale information security strategies, policies, and initiatives.
