Contract Recruitment Manager

We are working on behalf of a well-established global recruitment firm with over 4 decades of experience in agency recruitment.
This role involves managing and expanding existing accounts, meeting clients in person where possible. You'll specialise in the Chemical Engineering market, specifically within the contract recruitment market.
With an internal delivery team, you have the option to be a 360 Recruiter or purely focus on Business Development.
You will leverage a strong national client base already established. Key responsibilities include:
- Sourcing candidates and developing relationships
- Managing existing accounts and identifying new business opportunities
- Working independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets
The ideal candidate must have at least 2 years' experience within contract recruitment, ideally in Renewables, Engineering or Tech, and be fluent in Dutch and English. A self-starter who is capable and comfortable working independently is required.
