We are looking for a Benefits and Rewards Manager to join our team at Schelstraete Delacourt. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing compensation packages and benefit plans for approximately 170 employees in Europe and the Middle East.

This role requires a deep understanding of global European compensation and benefits practices, as well as excellent knowledge of local legislation. You will work closely with the Corporate Compensation Team to drive strategic decisions and provide comprehensive support to the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement compensation packages and benefit plans that align with our global compensation policy
  • Evaluate and analyze local legislation to ensure compliance with our global compensation policy
  • Collaborate with the Corporate Compensation Team to drive strategic decisions
  • Manage multiple priorities and ensure timely and accurate implementation of compensation plans and benefits
Requirements
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in compensation and benefits, with at least 5 years in an international European context
  • Excellent knowledge of global European compensation and benefits practices
  • Extensive knowledge of payroll and insurances, reward management, and social legislation
  • Familiarity with common Human Resources software and HRIS
  • Proficiency in Excel and payroll systems
  • Capability to combine strategic thinking skills with practical execution
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to work systematically but adapt to a fast-changing environment
  • Great analytical and numerical skills
  • Ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization, both nationally and internationally
