We zijn op zoek naar een Productieprocess Specialist om ons farmaceutisch productieproces te optimaliseren en uit te breiden. In deze rol zal je samenwerken met het lokale en globale R&D team om het ideale proces te vinden om onze kleinschalige productie om te zetten naar commerciële productie.

Plichten
  • Samenwerken met het productie/engineering en overkoepelende R&D team om een efficiënt productieproces op te stellen dat de voorloper is van een commerciële productie.
  • Uitwerken van een validatiestrategie in samenwerking met het kwaliteits-, productie- en overkoepelende R&D team.
  • De omzetting maken van het kleinschalige productieproces naar een commercieel productieproces in samenwerking met het commerciële productie team.
Vereisen
  • Je bent een teamplayer die graag meebouwt aan de groei van een dynamisch clinical trial team met een open en leergierige houding.
  • Je studeerde recent af als master in de farmacie of bio-ingenieur of je hebt al werkervaring met een sterke interesse voor farmaceutische of gelijkaardige productie.
  • Ervaring in een GMP-omgeving van life sciences is een pluspunt.
  • Je kan systematisch analyseren en van daaruit praktische oplossingen formuleren.
  • Je hebt een affiniteit voor nauwkeurige en gestructureerde documentatie en de opvolging hiervan.
  • Proactieve mindset en sterke communicatieve vaardigheden.
  • Je bent vlot in het Engels en Nederlands.
  • Je werkt in dagdienst, 5 dagen per week on site is noodzakelijk.
