As a Principal Contract Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for the following:
  • Managing and expanding existing accounts
  • Meeting clients in person where possible
  • Developing relationships within the industry
  • Becoming a subject matter expert within the contract recruitment market


You will work closely with our internal delivery team to identify opportunities and drive business growth. This role offers great flexibility, with the option to focus on business development or become a 360 Recruiter and source candidates yourself. With a strong national client base already established, you will have the opportunity to leverage repeat business and build long-term relationships with clients.
