Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled System Administrator to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for maintaining, configuring, and ensuring the stable operation of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, virtualization, and cloud environments. Your expertise will be essential in troubleshooting technical issues, optimizing system performance, and supporting business-critical applications.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Configure and maintain Windows and Linux servers, ensuring system stability and security.
  2. Regularly update, patch, and perform system backups to prevent data loss.
  3. Support end-users by diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network-related issues.
  4. Maintain virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V) and cloud-based infrastructure (Azure preferred).
  5. Enforce IT security policies, including antivirus, firewall, and endpoint protection.
  6. Ensure compliance with IT best practices, backup strategies, and disaster recovery plans.
  7. Participate in IT infrastructure projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and cloud integrations.

Qualifications
To succeed in this position, you will require:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (preferred).
  • 3–5 years of experience in system administration or IT support.
  • Hands-on experience with Windows Server, Linux environments, and Active Directory.
  • Experience with virtualization (VMware) and cloud services (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud).
  • Understanding of backup solutions, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning.
