We are looking for a highly skilled IT Project Manager to join our team at Phinest. As a member of our organization, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of clients across various sectors, including Utilities, Pharmaceutical, Banking & Insurance, Retail, Transport, Public, and Telecom. Key Responsibilities

  1. The successful candidate will lead and ensure the successful execution of IT projects from initiation to closure, covering scope, planning, resources, risks, and budget.
  2. He/She will coordinate technical teams, monitor project deliverables, and guarantee timely, high-quality IT solutions aligned with business requirements.
  3. Strong communication skills are necessary to manage relationships with stakeholders, including internal teams, clients, vendors, and senior management.
  4. Effective risk management strategies will be implemented to anticipate and resolve technical or organizational issues.
  5. Comprehensive project documentation, such as technical specifications, progress reports, and post-mortem analyses, will be created and maintained.
  6. The candidate will guide and mentor project team members in adopting best practices for IT project management.

Requirements

  • Masters degree in Management or Business.
  • 2-10 years of proven experience in Project Management.
  • Effective time management and ability to clearly identify priorities and manage multiple tasks.
  • Languages: Fluency in French and English; Dutch is an asset.
