We are seeking a seasoned executive to join our team as Chief Operating Officer, driving our operational strategy and overseeing all aspects of service delivery.
As a key member of our executive team, you will be responsible for shaping Tapio's operational strategy, driving business growth, international expansion, and sales through partnerships. You will work closely with the CEO and the rest of the top managers to ensure seamless collaboration and execution.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in climate change and sustainability, with expertise in understanding and reducing emissions. They will also possess excellent leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills, as well as experience in international expansion and operational process optimization.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute Tapio's operational strategy, aligning with the overall objectives of business growth, international expansion, and sales through partners.
- Lead and mentor a team of experts, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation.
- Build and scale the services team, ensuring they can deliver high-quality carbon consultancy and support to Tapio's growing client and partner base.
- Master's degree in Business Administration or equivalent in a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior leadership and operational role.
- Strong communication skills in French, Dutch, and English.
- Proven track record in leading and scaling teams, particularly in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
