The Flowtec Group is seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Head of Energy. This position requires an individual with expertise in driving innovation and sustainability within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define the vision and strategy for energy and sustainability, aligning with the EU's Green Deal.
- Analyze trends, data, and model them around sustainability, identifying risks and opportunities to lower the carbon footprint of the portfolio.
- Identify technological opportunities to optimize the sustainability of the portfolio, considering environmental requirements, efficiency improvements, and innovation.
- Develop a business around energy and sustainability from an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Oversee global resource planning for Energy & Sustainability and act as a senior project leader for sustainability-enhancing projects.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to provide clients with innovative solutions and additional services.
- Manage the Energy & Sustainability team and maintain close contact with entities across different countries.
Requirements:
- Master's degree and at least five years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record in project and change management.
- Strong network within the energy and sustainability market.
- Ability to translate an innovative, visionary, and strategic approach into practical daily operations.
- Combination of strategic vision, creative ideas, entrepreneurial mindset, and understanding of business operations.
- Excellent team player and people manager with outstanding communication skills in Dutch, English, and French.
- Proactive problem-solver with a can-do mentality.
- Thrives in an entrepreneurial and fast-growing business environment.
