Your Position

As a Business Development Manager, you will be part of a collaborative team that drives market expansion, manages client relationships, and matches consultants with challenging projects.

Your Key Objectives

  • Identify and analyze new market opportunities to inform business strategy.
  • Expand our client portfolio through targeted outreach and relationship management.
  • Nurture trust-based relationships with clients through effective negotiation and communication.

Career Advancement and Support

  • Support consultants in preparing for client meetings and monitor project progress.
  • Mentor consultants to enhance their skills and career prospects.
  • Evaluate consultant performance and contribute to their professional growth.

Internal Projects

  • Pursue opportunities to participate in internal initiatives, driving innovation and improvement within darwind.

Your Background

  • You possess 3+ years of experience in business development or sales, ideally within consultancy, tech, or a related field.
  • You excel at identifying opportunities and developing strategic plans to drive business growth.
  • You are fluent in Dutch, with a solid grasp of French and English.
  • You hold a master's degree or equivalent experience.
  • You embody a proactive, entrepreneurial spirit, eager to make a meaningful impact.
