Het team leidt en bouwt dit netwerk van partnerschappen in samenwerking met de verschillende business units P&C Retail, P&C Corporate & Life.
Het team is momenteel op zoek naar een Strategic Partnership Project Manager.
Als Strategic Partnership Project Manager richt je je op het jagen, ontwikkelen en animeren van sales, zowel voor de bestaande sectoren (Automotive, Bank-verzekeringen en Underwriters) als voor de nieuwe sectoren zoals Health & Life, Home, Starters.
Je takenpakket
U draagt bij tot de strategische visie van AXA met betrekking tot haar partnerschapskeuzes. U bekijkt de werkprocedures kritisch en stelt ze, zo nodig, ter discussie om zo goed mogelijk aan de behoeften van de klant te voldoen en partnerschappen op maat te ontwikkelen. Je zoekt naar nieuwe samenwerkingsmogelijkheden en onderzoekt hoe deze kunnen bijdragen aan de ontwikkeling van AXA, waarbij je interne stakeholders betrekt. Je hebt een duidelijke kijk op verzekeringstechnieken, processen, compliance, ... om het project of de projecten tot een goed einde te brengen. U beantwoordt aan RFP's/aanbestedingen om partnerschapsactiviteiten te ontwikkelen. Je beheert RFP-projecten tot de implementatie van het partnerschap van A tot Z. Je bewaakt ook de resultaten van projecten en partnerschappen en rapporteert daarover op basis van vooraf vastgestelde KPI's (GWP en NPS). Je organiseert bestuursvergaderingen met partners en vertaalt feedback in actieplannen. Je biedt E2E-ondersteuning aan de verschillende interne teams met betrekking tot de relatie met je partners: Marketing, Legal, IT, Distributie, Finance,... U ontwikkelt bestaande partnerschappen tot langdurige samenwerkingsverbanden om het zakelijk potentieel te ontwikkelen. Jouw ProfielMaster in marketing, rechten, verzekeringen, economie, handelsingenieur of toegepaste economische wetenschappen Minimaal 3 jaar beroepservaring in de verzekeringssector. Hierdoor beschik je over een brede technische productkennis van verzekeringen in BOAR en/of Levensverzekeringen Sterk tweetalig (NL-FR). Je hebt een goede kennis van het Engels Je kunt in projectmodus werken: je hebt een 360° beeld, je kunt gemakkelijk communiceren, je werkt samen, je luistert. Je bent in staat om overtuigende presentaties uit te werken en complexe verzekeringsproducten te vertalen naar aantrekkelijke partner- en klantgerichte diensten; Sterke commerciële vaardigheden: een goed analytisch vermogen, een oplossingsgerichte handelswijze, een grote inlevingsvermogen en kunnen luisteren naar uw Partner.
