Job Summary
We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Partnership Manager to join our team in Brussels. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships, developing and maintaining relationships with existing partners, and identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.

About the Role

As a Sales and Partnership Manager, you'll have the chance to work closely with our product teams to understand customer needs and develop targeted sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, research, and networking
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing partners, including regular communication, issue resolution, and joint business planning
- Drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships, including negotiating contracts, managing relationships, and ensuring mutual benefit

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need a strong background in sales and partnership development, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships. You'll also need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key qualifications include:
- Business knowledge and curiosity
- Fluent in English (Dutch or Polish or Czech or any Eastern European language an asset)
- Interest and/or experience in Sales
- Interest in IT and software
- Analytical skills
- Work permit for Belgium
