ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Sales & Partnership Coordinator, you will play a key role in expanding and strengthening our network of sales partners. Reporting to the Country Director, you will collaborate closely with Marketing, Affiliations, and Business Development teams to develop smart, strategic partnerships across mobility, tourism, and B2B sectors.
As the face of the brand at B2B and B2C fairs and exhibitions, you'll be the first point of contact for sales-related stakeholders. Your creativity and entrepreneurial mindset will help establish meaningful partnerships that drive long-term success.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive local sales efforts as a key player in the BeNeLux markets.
- Contribute to the local sales strategy and help shape its direction.
- Identify and secure new partnerships, turning leads into long-term collaborations.
- Represent and promote Flibco.com at various events, trade fairs, and networking occasions.
- Organize and lead workshops & webinars to onboard hotels, travel agencies, and resellers.
- Manage and expand a portfolio of customers, resellers, and B2B travel accounts.
- Monitor sales KPIs and use data-driven insights to optimize performance.
- Collaborate with Marketing to develop creative campaigns that engage stakeholders and passengers.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or relevant experience in sales, key account management, tourism, or major events.
- Solution-oriented mindset to navigate a fast-growing work environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Fluent in Dutch, French, and English (additional languages are a plus).
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
