Partnerships Manager

Join a fast-growing GovTech SaaS company, empowering public sector organisations with mobility and enforcement solutions. They are looking for an experienced Partnerships Manager to build and develop a strategic reseller and distribution network that will accelerate growth.
This role is ideal for someone who understands public sector dynamics and has a track record in B2G/B2B partnerships, particularly within SaaS or mobility solutions.
If you excel at building reseller relationships, driving revenue through partners, and navigating complex government procurement processes, this is an opportunity to make a real difference in European cities and municipalities.
Develop and Expand the Partner Ecosystem- Identify, onboard, and develop relationships with strategic resellers, distributors, and technology partners across Europe.
- Build strong relationships with mobility, enforcement, ALPR/hardware providers, and SaaS vendors to expand solution reach.
- Create tailored partnership models, ensuring clear value propositions and incentives for partners.
- Design and implement structured partner programs that support resellers in selling, implementing, and supporting our solutions.
- Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and track KPIs to ensure success.
- Develop co-selling strategies, providing partners with the necessary sales tools, training, and technical support.
- Foster a collaborative environment, enabling partners to effectively position our solutions in their respective markets.
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to align go-to-market strategies with partner capabilities.
- Identify growth opportunities by expanding into new regions, verticals, and enterprise markets.
- Lead negotiations and contract structuring for reseller agreements.
Technical Understanding – Knowledge of mobility solutions, cloud-based SaaS, GDPR compliance, and GovTech trends is a plus.
