Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Chief Commercial Officer to join our team at Leclère&Consultants.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in factoring, trade finance, or financial services, and possess excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Your Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the commercial strategy to drive business growth in factoring and receivables finance.
- Lead sales, business development, and client relationship management efforts.
- Identify and pursue new market opportunities while strengthening existing client relationships.
- Oversee pricing strategies and risk assessment in collaboration with the credit and risk teams.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and industry best practices.
- Drive innovation by integrating digital solutions into the company's factoring services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (finance, risk, operations, and legal) to enhance service offerings.
Your Profile:
- A Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a closely related discipline. Extensive relevant experience may substitute for formal education.
- Must-have: 5+ years in factoring, trade finance, or financial services, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong understanding of factoring, credit risk assessment, corporate finance, cash flow management, and financial structuring within factoring services.
- Proven skills in leadership with the ability to align commercial objectives with the company's growth strategy.
- Proven ability to lead high-performing sales teams, negotiate complex deals, and develop long-term partnerships.
- Strong professional network in the financial and factoring industry.
- Fluency in English and French.
