Are you a seasoned professional looking for a new challenge? Do you have a passion for business development, deal-making, and client relationship management? We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Partner in the Benelux region.
About the RoleThis is an excellent opportunity to work with a leading global player in Transactional Executive Services. As a Partner, you will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities, developing and maintaining long-term relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers, and expanding the client portfolio.
Your Key Responsibilities- IDENTIFYING NEW OPPORTUNITIES: Develop and implement strategies to identify and generate new business opportunities.
- BUILDING STRONG RELATIONSHIPS: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers.
- EXPANDING THE CLIENT PORTFOLIO: Expand the client portfolio by leveraging your network and business acumen.
- FACILITATING COLLABORATION: Develop and maintain a strong community of interim managers, actively engaging in the local BEXIM Club to foster collaboration and growth.
- ENSURING PROJECT SUCCESS: Conduct interviews with interim managers and oversee project execution to ensure success.
- MANAGING CRM SYSTEMS: Manage and update the CRM system for tracking leads, assignments, and client interactions.
- A strong business network and the ability to develop meaningful relationships at C-level.
- A passion for business development, deal-making, and client relationship management.
- A background in executive interim management, recruitment, consulting, private equity, or a relevant industry is a plus—but not a requirement.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- A self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently.
- Self-employed or willing to work under an independent contract structure.
